Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Design and support modern workplace and collaboration platforms.
  • Manage mailbox provisioning, migrations, licensing, and permissions within Exchange Online.
