IT Systems Administrator (Onsite)
Jersey City NJ - 5 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
  • Intune Administration: Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Laptop Auto-Configuration: Streamline setup and configuration of laptops for new and existing employees.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licensing, security, and collaboration tools.
  • AI Productivity Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to support automation and productivity.
  • Automation: Leverage tools such as Power Automate (and others) to improve workflows.
  • Manage Engine (Plus): Experience with Manage Engine or similar IT management tools is a strong advantage.
  • Help Desk Support: Address tickets for onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting desktop issues.
  • Physical IT Support: Perform hardware setup, office moves, and manage physical IT assets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and track IT hardware and software asset inventory.
