- Integration & Configuration: Configure and maintain Okta SSO, MFA, and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- API Development: Utilize Okta APIs and SDKs to automate user provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Security & Compliance: Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security policies to secure user access.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve authentication and authorization issues, providing technical support to meet SLAs.
- System Design: Design high-availability solutions, including load balancing and failover configurations.
- Okta Expertise: Deep knowledge of Okta Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory, and API utilization.
- Protocols: Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, and RADIUS.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Scripting (Python, Bash), SQL, and REST APIs.
