Role Overview:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advanced Microsoft Intune management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advanced Microsoft Intune management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
  • Act as the L3 escalation point for complex issues from L1/L2 support teams.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for device enrollment failures, policy conflicts, compliance issues, and application deployment problems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize the Intune environment for scalability, performance, and alignment with Zero Trust and organizational security standards.
  • Lead migration efforts from SCCM to Intune, including analysis of existing SCCM applications, policies, baselines, and collections.
  • Translate SCCM Configuration Baselines and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) into Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app protection policies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell for automation, configuration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and manage advanced security and compliance features, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, app protection policies, BitLocker, and Defender for Endpoint security baselines.
  • Oversee end-to-end device lifecycle management, including Autopilot, Android Enterprise, enrollment strategies, configuration profiles, updates, patching, and application deployment.
  • Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and operational reliability across all managed platforms.
  • Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance on Intune best practices.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and training materials.
