Overview
Microsoft Intune allows IT professionals to manage the usage of devices across the enterprise, allowing them to secure corporate assets and data while giving users the confidence their personal data stays private. Businesses, governments, and educational institutions are under constant threat from a variety of actors attacking users in record numbers. Using Intune, organizations can provide employees with access to corporate applications, data and resources from virtually anywhere, on platforms such as Windows, iOS, Android, and others. Intune is built on and closely integrated with key cloud services at Microsoft, such as Entra for identity and access control.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead app deployment strategy and help customers adopt modern management to be better equipped to protect the enterprise from bad actors while not harming the end user productivity. This role will focus on driving and defining the vision for dark to cloud and co-managed customers and the building features that will help customers expediate their journey to cloud native.
Responsibilities
  • Understand customers - Identify the biggest customer problems and unmet needs.
  • Define strategy - Set the product vision and long-term direction.
  • Prioritize investments - Decide what to build, when, and why.
  • Specify outcomes - Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
  • Drive alignment - Align engineering, design, business, and leadership around priorities.
  • Deliver value - Guide execution to ensure the right product ships successfully.
  • Launch and communicate - Enable adoption through effective go-to-market planning.
  • Measure impact - Track outcomes and continuously improve based on results.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
