Client: Mindtree/Realogy

Job Description:

Client is very complex environment and requires minimum 8 years of experience

  • Expert knowledge in Office 365 services includes Exchange online, Dynamics CRM for O365, Microsoft Teams
  • Strong knowledge in Azure Active directory Connect sync tool (AAD Connect)
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Azure and understanding about SSPR procedure (Self-service password reset)
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environment
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2010
  • Strong knowledge in Powershell scripting
  • Strong knowledge in DNS and Active Directory systems
  • Strong knowledge in understanding windows SMTP relays and Email flow set up
  • Strong knowledge in resolving client side issues (Outlook 2013/16 and Skype for business client)
  • Ability to manage projects within area of technical responsibilities and to multi-task several mission critical tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills for effective communication with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
