The Work:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in application architecture, workflow automation, solution design, and governance. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve business processes and accelerate digital transformation. Key Responsibilities include Solution Architecture & Application Design.
Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of enterprise application development experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
