Job description

Point Wild helps customers monitor, manage, and protect against the risks associated with their identities and personal information in a digital world. Backed by WndrCo, Warburg Pincus and General Catalyst, Point Wild is dedicated to creating the world's most comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. Our vision is to become THE go-to resource for every cyber protection need individuals may face - today and in the future.
Join us for the ride!
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team to own the future of our Password Manager and Active Scam Protection capabilities. You'll report to our Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with our client engineering, browser extension, and anti-fraud research teams. Your mission is to secure our users' digital identities by making credential management effortless, while proactively shielding families from the modern explosion of digital scams, phishing, and social engineering threats.
If you are passionate about the intersection of authentication (passkeys, secure vaults) and active threat intervention (malicious link detection, AI scam alerts), this hybrid role offers massive ownership over a highly visible product surface.
What You'll Do
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Build a roadmap that transforms a traditional, passive password vault into an active digital guardian. You'll lead features that secure credentials while identifying and intercepting fraudulent interactions before they harm the user.
  • Define and Measure Success: Optimize the core consumer funnel. You will track day-1 value, onboarding completion, credential adoption, and the successful mitigation of user-reported scam encounters.
  • End-to-End Execution: Own the lifecycle across multiple form factors (web, mobile apps, and browser extensions). Partner with UX and engineering to ensure features like native autofill, passkey adoption, and real-time phishing warnings feel frictionless.
  • Technical Depth: Dive into the mechanics of modern identity frameworks alongside browser/OS credential provider extensions. You'll collaborate with fraud analysts to understand how phishing, SMS scams, and social engineering attacks operate under the hood.
  • Customer Empathy: Understand that security tools can fail if they are too cumbersome. Your goal is to simplify complex identity safety so that everyday consumers actually want to use it.
  • Business Focus: Drive product monetization, premium retention, and organic growth by demonstrating clear, immediate protective value to users from the moment they sign up.
  • Communication: Distill complex authentication updates and evolving fraud tactics into crisp, reassuring consumer-facing experiences and well-aligned team roadmaps.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a consumer SaaS environment.
    • Product management experience within cybersecurity product organization (consumer and enterprise), preferably supporting identity management, password storage, or anti-fraud/phishing products.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid grasp of secure storage principles, encryption basics, browser extension ecosystems, and native mobile credential provider APIs (iOS and Android).
  • Business Impact:
    • Strong ability to develop data-driven business cases and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
    • A proven track record of hitting retention and engagement goals while championing a customer-first mindset.
  • Curiosity & Thoughtfulness: You actively follow how AI is changing the landscape of online scams (e.g., deepfakes, automated phishing) and love brainstorming native product barriers against them.
  • Data-Fluent: Highly comfortable analyzing conversion funnels, churn cohorts, and feature engagement data to prioritize your engineering backlog.
  • Collaboration: A natural bridge-builder between browser extension developers, mobile engineers, UI designers, and legal/compliance stakeholders.
  • Security Mindset: You take radical ownership over user trust. You understand that managing a user's master keys and digital identity requires uncompromised security hygiene.

Point Wild is committed to offering a generous package to support our employees in all aspects of their life in and out of work. Our packages offer competitive pay, generous health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave and much more! Pay range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
