Strong hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment at scale.Conversational AI Development: 23 years of experience in Trigger Phrases & Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills.Integrations & Connectors: 3+ years of experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors. Proven experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.APIs & Data Integration: 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns.
