Pour accélérer le déploiement de nos solutions d'intelligence artificielle, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste IA orienté(e) industrialisation. Votre mission principale sera de concevoir, développer et déployer des agents IA avancés (Microsoft Copilot Studio).

  • Conception et Déploiement : Designer, développer et déployer des agents IA à raisonnement multi-étapes (multi-step reasoning) en exploitant Microsoft Copilot Studio et les services Azure AI.
  • Industrialisation : Contribuer à la standardisation du développement des agents (création de templates, de frameworks réutilisables et définition des bonnes pratiques).
  • Gouvernance et Performance : Garantir la scalabilité, la fiabilité, l’évaluation constante, le monitoring et la gouvernance globale des solutions IA mises en production.
  • Collaboration transverse : Travailler avec les équipes Business, Product Owners, Data et Engineering pour identifier, qualifier et implémenter les cas d'usage.
  • Gestion des connaissances : Rédiger la documentation technique, assurer le partage de connaissances et packager les composants réutilisables pour l'équipe.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans la mise en œuvre de solutions IA/ML et le développement d'applications basées sur les grands modèles de langage (LLM).
  • Maîtrise (hands-on) de Microsoft Copilot Studio et de l'écosystème Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Fortes compétences en programmation (Python).
  • Maîtrise des architectures d'API et des patterns d'intégration de données.
  • Expérience dans la construction d'applications scalables.
  • Français & Anglais courants
Les + :
  • Expérience dans l'industrialisation ou la standardisation de solutions Data / IA.
  • Bonnes connaissances en Prompt Engineering, en outils d'orchestration et en Agent Design Patterns.
  • Une 1ère exposition ou connaissance du secteur des services financiers.
