We are seeking a strong Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert / Consultant with hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, configuration, connector development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Microsoft Copilot with business applications such as Veeva, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
Skills / Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot, MCP Integration with Copilot Studio, Governance, Observability and Enterprise Deployment at Scale
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trigger Phrases & Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills
  • 2-3 years of Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday
  • 3+ years of Experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors and 2-3 yrs of experience in Python (Good to have)
  • 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
