Tier 3 System Administrator Lead
Location: Onsite - Washington, DC
Work authorization: US Citizen

Job Summary
We are looking for a Tier 3 System Administrator Lead responsible for ensuring the
operational integrity, availability, and performance of enterprise server infrastructure
across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support enterprise server environments (Windows & Linux)
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 3 infrastructure issues
• Automate system tasks using scripting (Shell/PowerShell or similar)
• Support cloud and virtualization platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration
• Expertise in shell scripting / automation
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
• Proven Tier 3 support or senior infrastructure engineering experience
