Assembly Technician – Small Parts / Microscope (2nd Shift)

 Irvine, CA 92614

Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00+ per hour DOE

Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced experience in precision manufacturing, microscope assembly, clean room environments, or dimensional inspection.

Do you enjoy working with your hands and paying close attention to detail? Are you patient, dependable, and comfortable working with very small parts?

We are looking for Assembly Technicians to join a precision manufacturing team in Irvine. In this role, you'll assemble miniature sealing components under a microscope using specialized hand tools while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialized manufacturing skill. Paid training is provided for motivated candidates with strong hand-eye coordination, excellent manual dexterity, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble miniature precision components under a microscope.

  • Install miniature spring components into precision seals.

  • Measure finished products using micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with quality standards.
