No medical assembly experience required. Training is provided.

• Assemble tiny medical device components
• Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections
• Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Complete production documentation
• Work in a clean room environment
• Meet quality and production goals

✅ Comfortable working with extremely small parts

✅ Willing to use a microscope for several hours per shift

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Good hand dexterity and a steady hand

✅ Reliable attendance and stable work history

✅ Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

✅ Comfortable working overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
