Job description

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Tyngsborough, MA to find qualified Microscope Assemblers on 1st Shift! This is a temp-to-hire role.
Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour
Shift Hours (flexible):

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate semi-automated micro-electronic manufacturing equipment.

  • Manipulate fine wire coils using tweezers under a microscope.

  • Work with hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents to assemble micro-sized components.

  • Self-monitor the quality of your workmanship.

  • Maintain travelers, logs, and paperwork to track production progress and time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Must possess fine motor skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

  • Experience working with tweezers and small hand tools.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Previous micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Previous assembly or machine operator experience is a plus.

  • Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
