Job description

Indrotec Staffing and Workforce Management is seeking candidates to work at Medtronic, the largest independent medical technology company in the world. We are seeking qualified, motivated, hardworking individuals to work in a clean room environment as a medical assembler. These positions are contract to hire. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of assembly and inspection operations to maintain product flow, quality, and work schedule
  • Set up and clean work site
  • Accurately complete required documentation
  • Read and understand all manufacturing processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Mechanical Dexterity
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be flexible to adapt to change in schedule, conditions and working hours
  • Willing to work at a microscope for 100% of the shift


Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass all required assessments
  • Small parts assembly experience
  • Experience working on a microscope
  • Clean room experience


Schedule

  • 1st shift 6:00am to 2pm
  • 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10pm


Benefits:Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines. #IND345
