Were hiring a Molding/Assembly Operator in Chicopee, MA for a 1st shift direct hire role. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

  • Position: Full-time / Permanent

  • Shift: 1st Shift

  • Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Operate molding and assembly machinery following documented procedures

  • Inspect product throughout the shift and stop production when specifications are not met

  • Track production, downtime, scrap, and any machine adjustments
