Job description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electronics Assemblers and Medical Device Assemblers for a growing manufacturer in the El Cajon and Miramar areas. 

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom environments, electronics assembly, microscope work, or other precision manufacturing roles. You will assemble small components, follow detailed work instructions, and perform quality inspections in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble small electronic and mechanical components
• Perform detailed assembly under a microscope
• Use tweezers, hand tools, and precision assembly equipment
• Follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and production documentation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality records accurately
• Support testing, verification, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
• Experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, cleanroom manufacturing, or similar production environments preferred
• Ability to work with very small parts and components
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
