Job description

We are seeking a highly driven Chef of Events & Experiences to lead all culinary execution for on-site and off-site events within a Michelin-level hospitality environment. This role requires a creative, organized, and service-focused culinary leader with a passion for sustainability, refined execution, and elevated guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all event culinary operations, including menu development, execution, staffing, and quality control
  • Collaborate with culinary, events, and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Execute high-level plated events and experiential dining programs with precision and creativity
  • Mentor and develop the events kitchen team through coaching, training, and leadership
  • Manage labor scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Maintain Michelin-level standards for quality, presentation, sanitation, and hospitality
  • Support continuous improvement in operational systems and event execution

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Michelin-starred and/or fine dining restaurants
  • 2+ years of culinary management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong background in event production, tasting menus, and high-touch guest experiences
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire culinary teams
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure
  • Passion for sustainability, seasonality, and refined hospitality
