Are you a passionate Sushi Chef looking to take your career to the next level? Kōsen, one of Florida’s premier Michelin-recognized omakase destinations, is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our award-winning team.

This is your opportunity to work alongside talented chefs dedicated to traditional Japanese techniques, exceptional ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare premium sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty dishes with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
  • Assist with fish fabrication, mise en place, inventory, and station organization.
  • Deliver an authentic omakase experience that exceeds guest expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant or omakase concept.
  • Strong knife skills and fish butchery experience.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques.
