Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (3+ Years) โ€“ Multiple Locations (Hybrid)

Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking experienced M&A Associates to join its growing Corporate practice. Opportunities are available in Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions in a collaborative, top-tier environment known for its strong culture and deal flow.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, including private equity and private company deals
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents
  • Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution from start to finish
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex, high-profile transactions

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of M&A experience at an Am Law 100 firm
  • Strong experience with private equity and/or private company transactions
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and deal management skills
  • Strong academic credentials and client-facing abilities
  • J.D. and admission to a U.S. Bar (or eligibility)
