Corporate M&A

We are seeking a mid-level associate (2nd–5th year) to join the Corporate Practice Group in our Portland office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transaction execution, corporate governance, securities compliance, entity formation and maintenance, and corporate finance.

Our team represents a roster of sophisticated, high-quality clients, offering associates the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions across a variety of industries.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
  • Active bar admission (Oregon preferred or eligibility to waive in)
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and strong client service orientation

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $185-$255k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000.  This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
