You will have the opportunity to be involved on a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the team's day to day activity. You will work on the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions. Within the M&A team, you will be involved on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts, for regional and international clients.

In addition, you will assist the ECM team in advising, structuring and executing a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.
