You will work on the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions. In addition, you will assist the ECM team in advising, structuring and executing a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.
