Intra EU Carrier Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop) 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operations with logistics service providers (LSP) in EU countries
  • Communicate daily with local LSP teams to solve collection issues, etc.
  • Monitor overall delivery performance across EU
  • Participate and conduct weekly calls with LSP managers to review main KPIs.
  • Proactive monitoring of created, pick-up volume and backlogs via different dashboards/reports and identify and resolve collection issues, fails, late or missing ascans, leadtime offenders
  • Support preparation of seller forecast, allowing carriers to manage their capacity proactively, reducing courier rejections and improving engagement through efficient escalation of capacity needs.
  • Merchant escalations (no show / no capacity) including merchant outreach via AM
  • Support with merchant onboarding plans 3PL > 4PL conversion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree and you are available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently; Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred. Eager to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or systems testing; Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking); Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
