Summer 2026 Internship: Be a Part of the J.Crew, Madewell, & J.Crew Factory Team

As an intern, you'll play an active role in day-to-day projects, collaborate across teams, and gain valuable exposure to our leaders- from fellow interns to the executive team. At our Brookfield Place HQ, you'll experience the energy of working in a dynamic space where merchandising, planning & allocation, design, marketing, and sourcing come together to create what's next. What to Expect:

  • Immersive Learning:Engage in real-world projects and develop a hands-on understanding of the product lifecycle and the retail landscape. From ideation to production, experience the full journey of our collections.
  • Exciting Programming:Take part in volunteer days, a speaker series, and group projects. Enjoy access to networking and mentoring opportunities designed to help you thrive.
  • NYC Culture:Take advantage of Summer Fridays-laptops close at 1:00 pm to let you soak up everything the city has to offer!

Qualifications:

  • Who You Are:A current student pursuing a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027. A product driven individual, ideally experienced in retail, production, or similar fields. Must be a JCG (J.Crew, Madewell, J.Crew Factory) brand enthusiast with a strong understanding of the brands' values and personalities.
  • Location & Schedule:Available to work on a hybrid basis (minimum of 3 days a week onsite) in NYC from June 1 to August 7, 2026.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication abilities, and an analytical mindset. Above all, an eagerness to learn!
