Job Summary:
Levy Restaurants is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across various entertainment venues. The IT Admin position involves providing IT and administrative support for athletic venue food service programs, including managing POS systems and troubleshooting technical issues during events.
Responsibilities:
• Set up, configure, and maintain POS terminals, handheld devices, kiosks, and mobile ordering tablets.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, connectivity issues, and device malfunctions during events.
• Manage software updates, menu programming, pricing changes, and discounts/promotions.
• Oversee integration between POS and inventory/revenue systems.
• Ensure equipment is deployed correctly before each event and collected/secured afterward
• Troubleshoot bandwidth issues, access point failures, and outages in real time
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate replacements
• Quickly resolve issues to minimize downtime and revenue loss
• Provide on-site IT support during athletic events (football, basketball, baseball, softball, etc.
• Assist operations with analyzing sales trends, downtime reports, and device performance.
• Support finance teams in reconciling POS revenue data post-event.
• Provide training for employees and supervisors on POS use, login processes, and troubleshooting basics
• Manage digital menu boards, pricing updates, video wall systems, and promotional displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
