Job description

Senior Product Manager, Menu & 3P Channel position. Sweetgreen is on a mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food. We passionately believe that real food should be convenient and accessible to everyone. Every day in each sweetgreen, our 5,000 team members make food from scratch, using fresh ingredients and produce delivered that morning. And in our local communities, we're committed to leaving people better than we found them. We're in the business of feeding people, and we're out to change what that means.
The Senior Product Manager, Menu & 3P Channel will own the product strategy and roadmap for sweetgreen's menu architecture, innovation, and third-party marketplace experience. You'll be responsible for how our menu is built, priced, and presented across every ordering surface, and for the health of our partnerships with delivery marketplaces like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, finance, and marketing-requiring someone who can translate commercial agreements and operational constraints into a menu and channel experience that's simple for guests and profitable for the business.
You will:
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for menu architecture, including item structure, modifiers, pricing logic, and how new products (like Create Your Own and limited-time offers) are configured across app, web, kiosk, and third-party marketplaces
  • Own the 3P channel roadmap, managing the product relationship with delivery marketplace partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) including menu syndication, markup configuration, promotions, and platform-specific requirements
  • Define and execute the roadmap for consistent, on-brand menu presentation across owned channels (app, web, kiosk, in-store) and 3P marketplaces
  • Drive measurable improvements in 3P channel KPIs: order accuracy, menu uptime, partner SLA compliance, channel profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Operations to manage menu complexity at the restaurant level, including Infinite Kitchen constraints, item availability, and 86'ing workflows
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ship high-impact features on time
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in delivery marketplaces, menu personalization, and digital ordering-bringing innovative ideas to how we structure and merchandise our menu

Desired traits:
  • A systems thinker who can navigate complex integrations across POS, menu management platforms, and third-party marketplace APIs
  • A data-driven decision maker, comfortable defining success metrics, running experiments, and iterating based on results
  • A strong communicator, able to align stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and external partners on roadmap priorities and commercial requirements
  • A customer-obsessed builder who balances margin and operational reality with a seamless guest ordering experience
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can drive clarity in a fast-paced environment, especially under contract or deal-driven deadlines
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust with cross-functional teams and external marketplace partners

Desired experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on menu, marketplace/3P channel, ordering, or commerce product areas
  • Track record of shipping customer-facing products that drove measurable business impact
  • Experience managing complex vendor or partner agreements that translate into technical configuration (pricing, markup, commission logic)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and partnering with Finance and data teams
  • Familiarity with restaurant, retail, or consumer tech industries preferred
  • Experience working with engineering teams on API integrations and technical requirements
What you'll get:
  • Highly competitive pay + bonus plan
  • Three different medical plans to suit your and your family's needs
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO plan
  • 401k program
  • Employee HSA and FSA
