Job description

Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Job Summary:
The Implementation Specialist is an integral member of the Client Services team, responsible for leading the successful implementation of RevSpring's customer communication solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is to partner with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle by translating business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional needs, configuring and validating customer solutions, and ensuring successful production deployment.
This role serves as the primary implementation lead for assigned customer projects, guiding customers from project kickoff through go live while collaborating with multiple internal teams. The Implementation Specialist combines strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and customer consulting capabilities to deliver high-quality implementations that meet customer objectives and support long-term success.
This position contributes directly to RevSpring's mission of delivering innovative customer communication solutions while supporting the company's leadership in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Services.
Essential Functions:
  • Lead customer implementations from project kickoff through successful production deployment.
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact for customers during onboarding, solution deployment, and project execution.
  • Gather, analyze, and document customer business, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable communication solutions utilizing RevSpring platforms and implementation tools.
  • Configure, validate, test, and implement customer communication solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans, project schedules, and deployment strategies while managing timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
  • Analyze customer data files, validate data integrity, troubleshoot file issues, and support data mapping and transformation activities.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Product, Development, Operations, Production, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and project communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute implementation testing strategies, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness validation.
  • Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and potential project issues while proactively developing mitigation plans.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Support production cutover activities, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Provide implementation documentation, customer training, knowledge transfer, and operational handoff to ongoing support teams.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, implementation records, and customer configuration information.
  • Develop expertise in RevSpring products, platforms, services, implementation methodologies, and integration capabilities.
  • Maintain knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Financial Services, customer communications, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend implementationimprovements, process enhancements, and solution optimizations that improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize implementation processes, improve project execution, and enhance the customer onboarding experience.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by expanding technical knowledge and staying current on evolving platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • 3+ years related experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Direct experience with cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot are a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer onboarding, professional services, customer success, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience implementing software solutions, SaaS platforms, or customer communication technologies preferred.
  • Experience working with customer data files, file validation, data mapping, and business applications preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Financial Services, customer communications, or other technology-enabled business environments preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional implementation projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, ticketing, and implementation management systems preferred.
