Automotive Technical Support Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a Technical Service Support professional to join a growing Technical Service team in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive service, dealership, service advisor, or technical support experience who enjoy solving problems and working directly with customers.

You will serve as a key point of contact for dealers and customers, managing technical service cases from intake through resolution while coordinating closely with engineering and internal support teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from a dealership environment into a technical support and operations-focused career path.

• Manage technical service cases from initiation through resolution
• Communicate with dealers and customers via phone and email to gather information and provide case updates
• Coordinate with technical service engineers and internal teams to resolve vehicle-related issues
• Accurately document customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the CRM system
• Generate reports related to case activity, trends, and service performance
• Monitor open cases and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
• Process customer service requests and maintain account information
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operational efficiency
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Stay current on product updates and industry trends

• Experience in automotive service, technical support, customer support, or a related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, or case management systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• Service Advisor or Service Writer experience within a dealership environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience supporting automotive, EV, or vehicle-related products
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
