MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement. This in-person role in Irvine, CA is ideal for a plaintiff-side attorney who excels in client communication, medical record analysis, and insurance negotiations within a fast-paced personal injury law firm.
This position plays a key role in maximizing case value and client outcomes while working collaboratively with case managers, legal assistants, and firm leadership.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality client communication throughout the case lifecycle
  • Review and analyze medical records, treatment, and injuries to support accurate case valuation
  • Draft and prepare comprehensive settlement demands and negotiation packages
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize client recovery
  • Supervise, guide, and collaborate with assigned case managers and legal assistants
  • Partner with leadership on case strategy and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with case transition and provide support for matters moving into litigation, as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
