Quickparts is hiring a Program Manager with an engineering mindset and a passion for exceptional customer experiences to serve as the central hub for customer service and program management. In this role, youโ€™ll organize complex projects from RFQ to completion, coordinating internal experts, external partners, and customer needs to ensure smooth execution and transform ideas into real-world products.

  • Serve as the central communication hub, aligning customers, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Track project status from kick-off to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines achieved
  • Anticipate and resolve issues to maintain project timing and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal facilities and third-party providers to track production progress and ensure quality and timelines

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding a plus)
  • Intermediate level experience with Office 365 products
  • Engineering drawing interpretation (GD&T)
  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday.com, or similar tools
