Operations & Administration

  • Oversee seamless daily operations: opening/closing, patient check-in, scheduling, secure cash handling, and more.

  • Deliver powerful one-on-one consultations to onboard new patients, showcase our programs, and accelerate sales.

  • Follow up thoughtfully with patients to track progress, re-engage no-shows, and ensure rave-worthy experiences.

Clinical Support

  • Perform key clinical duties: take vitals, conduct EKGs, administer injections, perform phlebotomy (full training provided if needed).

  • Offer personalized nutrition and progress counseling during weekly patient visits.

  • Accurately document everything in patient charts/EMR.

  • Step in with additional clinical tasks to keep the team strong and patients supported.
