Front Office Representative - Albuquerque, NM (Temp-to-Hire) Pay: $15-$16/hour Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
  • Mon-Thu: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 8-9 Saturdays/year (you'll receive a weekday off when scheduled)
About the Opportunity We're a third-party recruiting partner hiring for a confidential healthcare organization in Albuquerque, NM seeking a Front Office Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting patients, staying organized, and working in a busy front office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for stability and long-term growth. What You'll Do
  • Greet patients and visitors and deliver a welcoming, professional front desk experience
  • Answer phones, route calls, and assist with general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and support daily administrative workflows
