Job Description

Pickup mail from post office

Open, sort & scan incoming mail into our Agency Management System and deliver it electronically to other office personnel

Download policies, endorsements and other documents from our various insurance company websites and deliver them electronically to other office personnel

Provide direct telephone support as a relief during breaks for our office Receptionist

Deliver incoming mail to office personnel

Provide other clerical functions as needed such as copying, stuffing envelopes, preparing policy books, assembling Auto ID Cards etc.

Place office supply orders with vendors

Maintain office supplies and breakroom supplies

Other duties as requested

Qualifications

3 to 6 months of prior office experience preferred

High School Graduate or Equivalent, Age 18 or older

Proficient keyboarding and office/clerical skills

Proficient use of Microsoft office programs

Adequate use of office equipment and machinery

Able to interpret written instructions and work independently

Possess a friendly, cooperative attitude and positive interaction style in dealing with people
