Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing corporation in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience. This requires a high-level of communication, professionalism, and executive support.
Job Description:
  • Support the CEO/Executive Director with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO/Executive Director, staff, and Board members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and assist visitors at the front desk.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and corporate documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and special projects, including arranging facilities, catering, invitations, and speakers.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative support activities.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and invoices using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure front desk coverage and assist with cross-training administrative staff to provide office support during absences.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Create and maintain activity and event calendars.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ year of recent proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or administrative assistant supporting c-suite level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
