Overview
Tecolote seeking a highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
  • The Tecolote Albuquerque Operations is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on office Administrator to coordinate local projects in a variety of areas including travel administration, purchasing, business development assistance, social events and office luncheon planning, protecting sensitive, personal and confidential materials.
  • Responsibilities also include providing support to management and staff regarding general administrative duties, following company policies and procedures and working closely with the Operations Manager on office operating budgets.
  • This position reports to the Albuquerque Operations Manager, works with staff members and multiple co-located company administrative team members.

Skills Required
  • Mut have a minimum of 4 years of relevant business office administration (DoD related a plus) is required in addition to the following qualifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A passion for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and basic math skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Ability to prepare, protect and handle sensitive, personal and company confidential documents and files.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook. Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • The position requires four equivalent years of administrative experience in business administration.
  • High school diploma required. Three years experience credit for a Bachelor's degree or four years credit for a relevant Master's degree.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
