Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently

- Verify patient insurance information and process billing and payments

- Collect and update patient demographic and medical information

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
