What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice.
  • Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes.
  • Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day.
  • Rotate primarily between our Marietta and Cumming clinics with support at our other clinics as needed.
