Job description

About Endure Industries
Endure Industries is a growing medical device company headquartered in Upstate New York. We manufacture and distribute products used by surgery centers, clinics, hospitals, and customers across the country. We work closely with international suppliers and oversee everything from product development to logistics, quality control, and customer support.

Weโ€™re building a more modern, transparent approach to healthcare sourcing - one where buyers can rely on clear pricing, dependable supply, and a smooth purchasing experience.

The Role (40% accounts, 60% growth)

Weโ€™re looking for someone sharp, friendly, organized, and highly communicative to join our team as anย Internal Sales Rep / Client Account Manager.

In plain English, youโ€™ll be the person our customers actually want to email - the one who answers quickly, solves problems, keeps orders moving, and makes the whole experience feel easy. Youโ€™ll work directly with surgery centers, clinics, hospitals, and distributor partners, and youโ€™ll collaborate closely with our operations and logistics team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a communication-heavy role. On days when youโ€™re not traveling, you may find yourself spending much of the day on the phone, writing emails, following up with customers, coordinating internally, and keeping conversations moving. There may also be frequent travel involved, including visiting customers, attending meetings, supporting distributor relationships, or representing Endure at industry events.

The rest of your time will be centered around sales and growth. Youโ€™ll follow up with inbound leads, re-engage warm prospects, introduce new product lines, and help turn โ€œinterestedโ€ into long-term customers. We donโ€™t take a hard-sell approach. Instead, we focus on being consultative, relationship-driven, and thoughtful in how we support our clients.

If you like a role that blends relationship management, problem-solving, communication, and growth, this could be a great fit.

What youโ€™ll own:

Sales & growth (primary focus):

  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up consistently without being pushy
  • Reconnect with warm leads and past customers who may be ready to reorder
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and make thoughtful product recommendations
  • Help improve our outbound process, including templates, follow-up sequences, tracking, and messaging
  • Share feedback from the market, including what customers ask for, what pricing they expect, and what competitors are doing
  • Support new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, meetings, and in-person outreach

Customer accounts (secondary focus):

  • Be the main point of contact for a set of customer accounts, handling day-to-day support and relationship building
  • Send quotes, pricing, and product guidance in a way that feels helpful, clear, and confident
  • Help customers place orders, track shipments, and troubleshoot issues quickly
  • Coordinate internally with operations and logistics so customers always receive accurate, timely updates
  • Keep accounts organized, including notes, follow-ups, tracking, and next steps
  • Stay proactive with customer communication so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships, meetings, trade shows, distributor visits, or other business opportunities

Who you are

  • Youโ€™re professional, but not stiff - you can build trust quickly
  • You genuinely like helping customers and enjoy the โ€œwinโ€ of closing new business
  • Youโ€™re organized and detail-oriented - SKUs, pricing, shipments, timelines, and follow-ups matter here
  • You can juggle multiple conversations at once and still follow through
  • Youโ€™re comfortable spending a lot of time on email and phone, and you write clean, clear messages
  • Youโ€™re willing to travel when needed and can represent the company well in front of customers, partners, and vendors
  • Youโ€™re proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of your accounts
  • Bonus, but not required: youโ€™ve worked in inside sales, account management, customer success, or customer support. Medical or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Tools youโ€™ll probably use

Google Sheets/Excel, email, CRM tools (HubSpot), and internal order/shipping systems. If youโ€™ve used Shopify, Amazon, EDI, Fishbowl or distributor workflows - even better. If not, weโ€™ll train you.

Why Endure

  • Weโ€™re not a huge corporate machine - your work will be visible and meaningful
  • Youโ€™ll have real ownership of accounts and a clear lane to drive growth
  • Youโ€™ll work with a team that moves quickly and cares about getting things right
  • Weโ€™re building something modern in an industry thatโ€™s overdue for it

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short note (a few paragraphs is totally fine) answering:

  • Why does this role interest you?
  • Share an example of turning interest into commitment - converting a lead, winning buy-in, or growing an account. If you havenโ€™t done this in a sales role, describe a comparable situation and how you built trust and moved things forward.

Work Location: In person (Homer, New York 13077)
