As the Sr. Medical Device Sales Executive in the medical device industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maximizing profitability through strategic sales initiatives and effective leadership. Leveraging your expertise in medical device sales, market development, and customer relationship management, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve revenue targets, increase market penetration, and drive sales performance across key customer segments and geographic regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals, product development plans, and marketing initiatives.
