Leveraging your expertise in medical device sales, market development, and customer relationship management, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve revenue targets, increase market penetration, and drive sales performance across key customer segments and geographic regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals, product development plans, and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a results-driven sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, foster a culture of excellence, and promote professional growth and development.
