Responsibilities

- Generate new leads flow using email, phone sales techniques, social media, webinars, and face-to-face meetings. Identify potential outside referral sources through prospecting, using the phone, email, or other methods.

- Maintain call volume of 60-80 calls per day with the intent to generate, qualify, and increase key leads and create a pipeline

- Track all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using CRM (including calls, prospect pipeline, creating new accounts, and territory management)

- Meet or exceed key activity metrics for daily calls, emails, consultations, and lunches booked

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and execute new digital and social media marketing campaigns targeting both CMO, CFO, Administrator, Office Manager, and providers.

- Participate in conferences, booth management, display services, and generate leads and contacts.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with physicians, office managers, Administrators, CMO, CFO, and hospital administrators.

  • Service and Software Education: Conduct Services and Software product demonstrations, explain clinical benefits, and provide hands-on training to medical staff on how to use services and/or software.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies within a specific geographic region to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Lead Generation: Attend medical conferences, host networking events, and cold-call prospects to expand the user base.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or a health-related science is typically required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales (Electronic Medical Record software, health care services, pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B) is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, critical thinking, active listening, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
