Join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across social media. As the Social Media Specialist, you will execute social media strategies that grow engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support key marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments. This role partners closely with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and external partners to create compelling content, manage publishing, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to optimize results.
Position is a hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do:
Social Strategy & Execution
  • Execute social media strategies across key platforms in alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing and optimization of content across all social channels.
  • Identify emerging social trends, platform features, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Support campaign launches by coordinating social deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives.

Content
  • Manage the social content calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Partner with Creative to develop platform-specific content that reflects the brand voice and visual identity.
  • Partner with creative to write engaging captions and optimize content for each platform.
  • Assist with content planning, asset organization, and campaign execution.

Influencer & Community
  • Support influencer campaigns by coordinating product shipments, content approvals, timelines, and reporting.
  • Build relationships with creators and assist with day-to-day communication.
  • Monitor community engagement and respond or escalate conversations when appropriate.
  • Help identify new creators and partnership opportunities.

Reporting & Optimization
  • Track social performance and campaign KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends.
  • Recommend opportunities to improve engagement and content performance.

What You'll Need:
  • 3-5 years of social media experience, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing tools.
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
