Job Description Exacta Media is seeking a detail-oriented Media Coordinator to support our paid media teams across a diverse client portfolio. This role will consist of reporting, campaign execution, and quality assurance across both digital and traditional channels — offering hands-on experience across multiple advertising platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, and more. It is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

·      Build and maintain client and internal reporting across digital and traditional media channels

·      Develop media buy plans for TV and Radio, ensuring that media buys are running as ordered

·      Traffic creative across Traditional buys, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

·      Listen to and review call recordings to monitor lead quality

·      Test landing pages for functionality, tracking accuracy, and user experience

·      Conduct market research to support media planning

·      Collaborate with internal teams (Media buyers and Media Manager) on a daily basis to support seamless campaign executions

·      Maintain organized documentation of campaign assets and deliverables

·      Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed


Required Skills & Experience:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

·      Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines
