Job description

Integrated Media Supervisor

The role, in brief:

The Integrated Media Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of the media buying/planning staff on specific accounts. This is a cross-channel role; where integrated media campaigns include TV, Radio, Programmatic Digital, Social, Out-of-Home, Experiential and everything in between. They ensure seamless integration of Planning and Buying functions at the agency and are a confident, seasoned leader with a strong media and analytics background. As a lead position, this role collaborates frequently with clients as well as our Account Services, Creative & Insight teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and develop a team consisting of Integrated Planners and Optimization Specialists in preparing, developing and implementing media plans
  • Develop and manage cross-channel campaigns within highly visible accounts while leading presentation, providing strategic counsel and developing client relationships
  • Help team members develop strategic recommendations, presentations, memos and POVs (point-of-view) for clients
  • Develop measurement plans with analytics specialists to communicate clear and concise results to executive client leadership
  • Seek innovative solutions for client opportunities and challenges
  • Know and keep up-to-date on available data and resources necessary for the preparation of effective and efficient media plans
  • Make recommendations to clients in optimizing their tech assets to achieve the optimal flow of data across multiple channels and platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend campaign optimization or channel shifts
  • Works with other Supervisors to foster department interaction and growth
  • Develop cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth plan delivery, execution, reporting presentations and overall client success
  • Presentation (internally and with clients) and thought leadership

Leadership

  • Represent team/agency at events, coordinating training programs, speaking at industry or agency functions and department meetings
  • Identify opportunities to merchandise department achievements and advocate for junior employees
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Generate enthusiasm for and commitment to your client's business among team members and nurture confidence and trust throughout team
  • Ensure the highest level of professionalism is maintained on assigned accounts, and work to meet and exceed the client expectations
  • Be a seasoned presenter

Teamwork

  • Be willing to listen, and be ready to help the team when needed
  • Recognize, respect and address differing opinions - actively solicit ideas
  • Work synergistically with all departments/teams at agency
  • Work with the Media Director and Associate Media Directors to develop strategic direction on all media for assigned accounts
  • Take primary responsibility for Media performance by acting as the final supervisory checkpoint for all Media documents


Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:


  • 7+ years of agency experience in media planning and buying
  • Experience in planning paid media, from awareness to conversion, across channels including TV, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home, Programmatic (CTV/OLV/Audio/Display/Native/DOOH), Social and/or Experiential media
  • Ability to manage people and projects smoothly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in audience profiling tools (Comscore, Nielsen, MRI,etc...) and media consumption habits
  • Strong experience in managing overall media budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating energy and passion for the work
  • Effective problem-solver and generator of innovative solutions
  • Well versed in applicable software and technology platforms
  • Proficient in Google or Microsoft office products
  • Analytics experience setting up advanced GA4 tracking and MMM
  • Experience with onboarding and executing CDP advertising strategies

Schedule and Location:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Remote work available Fridays.

This role will be based out of ourDenver, COoffice.


Compensation


The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000/yr.

*New hires typically start between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications.
