Job description

  • Lead and develop Integrated Planners and Optimization Specialists in preparing, developing, and implementing media plans
  • Develop and manage integrated media campaigns for highly visible accounts
  • Provide strategic and innovative counsel and develop strong client relationships
  • Guide strategic recommendations, presentations, memos, and POVs for clients
  • Develop measurement plans with analytics specialists and communicate results to executive client leadership
  • Seek innovative solutions for client opportunities and challenges
  • Maintain current knowledge of data and resources needed for effective media plans
  • Recommend martech stack optimizations to improve data flow across channels and platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend campaign optimization or channel shifts
  • Foster department interaction and growth with other Supervisors
  • Develop cross-departmental processes for plan delivery, execution, reporting presentations, and client success
  • Represent the team and agency at events, coordinate training programs, and speak at industry or agency functions and department meetings
  • Identify opportunities to promote department achievements and advocate for junior employees
  • Anticipate and solve problems
  • Build enthusiasm and commitment to clients’ businesses among team members

  • Ability to manage people and projects smoothly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in audience profiling tools, including Comscore, Nielsen, and MRI
  • Knowledge of media consumption habits
  • Strong experience managing overall media budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating energy and passion for the work
  • Effective problem-solving ability and ability to generate innovative solutions
  • Well versed in applicable software and technology platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytics experience setting up advanced GA4 tracking and MMM
