Reporting directly to the Director of News & Multiplatform Content, the Digital Media Director is responsible for leading KLBK's digital content operation, audience growth strategy, social media initiatives, and streaming/CTV content execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping editorial strategy, driving multiplatform innovation, and ensuring seamless integration between broadcast, digital, streaming, mobile, and social platforms.The Digital Media Director oversees Digital Producers and digital content staff while leading the newsroom's streaming and CTV strategy.
