We are actively seeking an Atlanta-based Community and Social Media Manager who is not just a social media enthusiast but a true platform-native. In this role, you'll go beyond conventional social media management by engaging with our community both on- and off-page, showcasing your exceptional writing skills, and leveraging analytics and social listening to drive our brand's success. If you are deeply passionate about social media and possess a creative flair, we invite you to join our growing team. What you'll be doing for us...
Social Media Engagement:
Actively engage with client's community on and off-page, fostering meaningful interactions and building lasting relationships that push the brand message forward.
Develop and implement client community engagement initiatives that are outside of traditional customer care.
Content Creation:
Showcase your exceptional writing and creative skills to create compelling and shareable content.
Generate quick, engaging content such as reactions and other interactive elements.
Facilitate on-site, live event social platform coverage of branded events for clients.
Analytics and Social Listening:
Pull and analyze client social media analytics to measure campaign success and community growth.
Utilize social listening tools to stay informed about trends, sentiments, and conversations relevant to our clients' brands.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-function teams (creative, production, account) to help integrate social media strategies into overall marketing efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and community feedback.
