Meat clerks are responsible for keeping the pre-packaged meat section well stocked and orderly in appearance. Meat clerks will order and unload product, stock shelves and build displays; as required. Meat clerks will maintain a clean work area, follow all safety rules and perform other tasks as assigned.

Other tasks to be performed may be in a meat prep area. They must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers.
