As a Measurement Analyst at Nextdoor, you'll work at the forefront of strategizing and recommending measurement strategies for our advertisers. As experts in measurement and data, we provide essential technical support to our sales team and deliver value to our clients. Our sales team will count on you to be a trusted adviser to clients while working with them to advise clients on measurement strategies using a mix of first and third party measurement solutions. You will solve complex clients problems and drive impactful results.

What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, business analytics, or marketing
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, media measurement or similar experience at an advertiser, media platform, measurement provider, or media advertising agency
  • An understanding of the measurement landscape, including lift and incrementality testing, attribution, foot traffic and conversion lift, as well as emerging trends in measurement
  • Demonstrated client service background, you thrive in externally facing conversations, working with clients to understand their campaign goals and accordingly recommend measurement opportunities
  • A strong track record partnering across sales, account management and product teams to drive towards a common outcome
  • Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting campaign and measurement insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable extracting and analyzing large datasets using SQL and or Python

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.
The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $81,000 - $105,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. The salary range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location.
We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
