Job Summary:
Embrace is looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Digital Analytics & Measurement Manager to own our end-to-end digital measurement ecosystem. This role will lead tracking, analytics, and insight generation across our website, quote engine, customer portal, and customer account applications.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring we have accurate, scalable, and actionable data to drive growth, optimize conversion, and improve the customer experience. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and data, translating user behavior into meaningful business impact.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Own Digital Measurement & Tracking
    • Lead ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Design event tracking frameworks and data layer standards - Partner with engineering on implementation - Maintain tracking documentation and governance
  • Manage Analytics Platforms
    • Own and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Define conversion events and attribution - Align GA4 with marketing and internal data
  • Analyze Funnel & Conversion Performance
    • Analyze website, quote engine, and customer journey - Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements
  • Support Experimentation & Optimization
    • Partner on A/B testing - Ensure accurate measurement and insights
  • Ensure Data Quality & Governance
    • Act as source of truth for analytics data - Conduct audits and maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    • Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams

Qualifications Required:
  • 8+ years in digital analytics
  • Experience with GTM and GA4
  • Strong understanding of tracking, funnels, and attribution
  • Experience working with engineering teams
