Method Child Development Center seeks passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors. We especially welcome candidates with expertise in fundraising, project management, finance, grant writing, human resources, marketing, and childcare management, though all backgrounds and experiences will be considered.

About Us

MCDC supports a diverse community of families by nurturing each child's social, educational, and emotional needs within a safe, affordable environment. As a nonprofit childcare center, we believe in celebrating diversity and working together to enrich children's lives with strong values and skills for their future.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who bring one or more of the following:

  • Passion for early childhood education and community service

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Professional experience in any field, with particular interest in:

    • Fundraising and grant writing

    • Project management

    • Financial management/accounting
